Dr. Farrugia spent two years developing, implementing, and mastering medical billing protocols for services rendered in his practice. This culminated in 2013 with the completion of his first book, Successful Medical Billing for Dentists I: FUNDAMENTALS. Since then, that book and the companion course of the same name have been the foundation for Dr. Farrugia to share his knowledge and help other dentists successfully implement medical billing into their practices. 

Dr. Chris P. Farrugia is a speaker, teacher, and leader in medical billing and digital dentistry. An early adopter of digital CAD/CAM technology, Dr. Farrugia added CT to his practice in 2011. He trains dentists nationwide who want to advance their practices with CAD/CAM digital restorative techniques, digital imaging and successfully access medical benefits for their services. He practices digital restorative dentistry in Northwest Florida. Dr. Farrugia has been a speaker or featured presenter at DentsplySirona World, the Florida Dental Conference, Yankee Dental Congress, American Association of Craniofacial Pain (AACP) annual meeting, American Association of Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH) scientific session, Medical Unversity or South Carolina (MUSC), Maryland University School of Dentistry continuing education (MUSD), Washington Academy of General Dentistry (WAGD), Sirona 3D Summits, and several Ivoclar Technology Symposia.
